Made-to-order sofas are delivered in 2–5 days. In-stock items (e.g. recliners) usually arrive within 1–2 days, depending on your postcode. Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Cornwall and other rural areas may take longer — we always give you an estimated time frame once booked.

Please check your furniture before the driver leaves. If you wish to return a non-bespoke item, collection costs £150 and the product must be in good, unused condition. Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Full refund policy.
